Update on California Dungeness Crab Events

We have canceled our annual Crab events because of the health concerns surrounding the Red Algae Bloom.  Here is a link that provides excellent information about what is happening in our waters.

FIVE COURSE PIEMONTESE POPUP

Chef Joshua Felciano, of Bayview Pasta, is hosting a five course tasting menu of authentic dishes from Piemonte.  Joinus for an evening highlighting winter ingredients, hand milled pasta, and flavors you wont forget.  Tickets: BAYVIEW PASTA

antipasti - cardoon, artichoke, cauliflower, bagna cauda

primi - tajarin, butter, nutmeg, white oregon truffle

secondi - bollito misto of cotechino, hen, beef shank, and short rib

salsa verde, tomato preserve, black pepper marrow, mostarda, horseradish

insalata - chicory, fennel, meyer lemon, ricotta salata

dolce - kiwi, pink peppercorn, absinthe 

 

Wine parings provided by Ted Wilson of Fine and Rare  

Bayview Pasta featured in the meal will be available for purchase after dinner

Tickets buy you a reserved seat. The costs of ticket will be subtracted from your bill following the meal.

SEAFOOD STORIES

Seafood Stories is a monthly dining event highlighting seafood sustainability and providing opportunities for diners to engage in improvements to the seafood supply chain.

Each dinner will highlight the story of a specific fish species, fishermen, chef, or hot topic in ocean conservation. We will gather around the dinner table to learn about the issues that impact our oceans and how we as a culinary community can work for positive change that benefits people and the environment while keeping delicious seafood on our dinner tables. Seafood stories will feature guest chefs who will illustrate the stories of the evening through multi-course dinners.

The dinners will be co-hosted by Fine & Rare and Fish Revolution. All proceeds will benefit Fish Revolution, a non-profit that educates consumers on sustainable seafood and assists chefs, restaurants, and seafood industry members with implementing sustainable seafood business policy.
